 The evangelisation and salvation

 of ourselves & others is the

 primary proclamation of Vatican II

 in relation to the Catholic Church

 in the modern world.

 

Vatican II told us to do this by transforming ourselves and transmitting the Gospel message into the modern culture around us so as to turn the world towards Christ.

 At present there is a 94% teen lapsation rate in the Catholic Church in England & Wales. However, Catholics can neither evangelise, nor pass on the Faith, if they have never been taught correctly or evangelised themselves. Vatican II never meant for this to happen.



Vatican II never said that there should be a watering down of the Catholic Faith, which is what has happened over the last 60 years.

The New Evangelisation was created to redress these problems so that Catholics would once again embrace the Universal Call to Holiness, which is meant for every Catholic and not just a select few.


Evangelisation is not a consequence of plans, initiatives, and structures, but of holiness of life.

Every Catholic is called

 to sainthood, whilst on Earth, by

 following the teachings of Christ's

 Catholic Church, which is guided at

 all times by the Holy Spirit.

A 'NEW EVANGELISATION' IS NOW NEEDED BECAUSE THE MESSAGE OF THE GOOD NEWS HAS OFTEN NOT SPREAD BEYOND OUR CHURCHES.

THIS IS NOW WIDELY ACKNOWLEDGED AS BEING A CONSEQUENCE OF MANY CATHOLICS NO LONGER BEING CORRECTLY CATECHISED OR EVANGELISED AS TO A CORRECT UNDERSTANDING OF WHO CHRIST REALLY IS, AUTHENTIC CATHOLIC TEACHING, AND THE CATHOLIC CHURCHES ROLE IN SALVATION HISTORY. 

 THIS HAS LED TO THE WIDESPREAD BELIEF IN 'PERSONAL INTERPRETATION' (CLICK HERE) WHICH HAS DAMAGED THE AUTHENTIC TRANSMISSION OF THE CATHOLIC FAITH - WHICH IS NOW SELF PERPETUATING.
